Agreement and age requirement

These Terms are an agreement between you and ABSTRACT CONCEPTS INC. regarding Joyi. By accessing or using the app, you accept them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Do not use Joyi if you do not agree.

You must be 18 or older, have legal capacity to agree, and comply with laws that apply to you. You may not use Joyi if we previously removed your account and have not allowed you to return.

Keeping an account trustworthy

Provide accurate, current account information. Do not impersonate an individual, business, or public body. Keep sign-in credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account except where applicable law says otherwise.

Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, or used to evade an age gate, report, block, suspension, purchase rule, geographic control, or other safety measure.

How Joyi may be used

Joyi may provide adult profile discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, and one-to-one voice or video calls. Features may differ by device, version, account status, or region.

Do not record, capture, publish, retransmit, or otherwise disclose another person's private communication unless all consent required by applicable law has been obtained. Joyi does not guarantee other users' identity, behaviour, compatibility, intentions, or compliance with these rules.

Your content and our operating license

You retain rights in the content you submit and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. You grant ABSTRACT CONCEPTS INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, format, transmit, display, review, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve Joyi, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

The license ends when content is removed from active systems, subject to controlled backup cycles, necessary safety or legal retention, and copies already delivered to another user.

Prohibited conduct and content

You must not use Joyi to:

• break the law or violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights;
• harass, stalk, threaten, discriminate against, blackmail, exploit, or incite violence against another person;
• create, request, possess, share, promote, link to, or facilitate CSAM or CSAE;
• groom, sexually solicit, traffic, sextort, or arrange sexual contact involving a minor;
• share non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, credible threats, or private identifying information;
• commit fraud, impersonation, financial scams, spam, malware distribution, or phishing;
• scrape users, bypass security, misuse automated systems, overload services, or reverse engineer protected parts of the app; or
• evade account restrictions, reports, blocks, or safety controls.

The Child Safety Policy supplies the specific zero-tolerance standards that apply to harm involving minors.

Report, block, and enforcement

Use the available in-app reporting route on the relevant profile, message, media item, or call context. Blocking and call-end controls are available to stop unwanted contact. You can also contact AngeliAmatb@gmail.com; do not send passwords, card numbers, intimate content, or suspected CSAM by email.

We may review relevant account information, content, reports, communication metadata, device signals, and enforcement history. We may issue a warning, restrict features, remove content, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence, prevent repeat registration, or contact an appropriate authority. An appeal or correction path may be offered where safe and appropriate. We do not promise immediate action or any particular result.

Digital items, billing, and refunds

If Joyi offers digital items, credits, or paid features, the applicable price, benefit, duration, and payment terms are shown before confirmation. Android purchases follow applicable Google Play billing rules. A subscription exists only where the checkout screen expressly identifies recurring billing.

Digital items are limited licenses for use within Joyi. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged except where law requires. Google Play manages payment credentials, cancellation, and its refund channel. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Third parties, availability, and termination

Joyi may rely on providers and may display permitted advertising. Third-party services have their own terms and practices. We may add, alter, limit, or discontinue features for product, security, legal, commercial, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users, apply these Terms, address fraud or unlawful conduct, comply with law, or manage material operational risk. You may stop using Joyi at any time and can request permanent deletion through Account Deletion. Uninstalling the app is not account deletion.

Disclaimers, liability, and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Joyi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make a promise about other users, results, availability, or the outcome of a report. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ABSTRACT CONCEPTS INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damage, or lost data, profits, or opportunities. These Terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude.

Applicable law governs these Terms without removing mandatory protections available where you live. A dispute will be handled by a court or process with lawful jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will provide additional notice for material changes where required.
